This project involved repairing extensive ceiling damage caused by a frozen water pipe that burst in the attic. ESM safely removed all damaged drywall and wet insulation, protected the home with full plastic containment, installed new insulation, added an attic access panel for future maintenance, finished the drywall to a smooth level, repainted the ceiling, and restored the room to its original condition.
